·Browsing data
As part of their normal operation, the IT systems and software used to power this website gather some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of TCP/IP internet communication protocols (so-called traffic data). This information is not gathered for the purpose of being correlated with the relevant identified users, but such information could by its very nature be employed to identify users through specific procedures and correlation with data held by third parties.
This data category includes: IP addresses and domain names of computers which connect to the site, date and time of the request, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user, etc..
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your PC every time you connect to the internet via your Internet Service Provider connection or company network using the same internet protocols. The IP address is used by websites to send its pages. The present company cannot use the address to associate it directly to a given individual given that it is often dynamically assigned to the users by their ISP or disguised by the company firewall. The address is different every time you connect to the internet and only your ISP or company is in a position to identify the user of a given address in previous internet sessions.
IP addresses are thus anonymous data from our point of view since they cannot be correlated in any simple manner to a given identified user; traffic data is used exclusively to gather anonymous statistical information on site use and in order to monitor the proper working of the site; where appropriate it could also be used to identify guilty parties in cases of unlawful computer activities against the site.
·Personal data gathered by this site (via the provider Aruba s.p.a. in turn relying on the services provided by Aruba s.p.a. , whose servers are physically located in the Toscana – Arezzo  server farm at Aruba S.p.a.) is processed in the offices of the data controller company, either manually (for example in hard copy) and/or using electronic and/or telematic tools. Specific security measures have been put in place in order to prevent the loss or improper or illegal use of data and unauthorized access thereto;
·Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of: Performing the service you request. Marketing activities in the form of promotional and advertising material, where appropriate via email or fax, business updates and offers regarding our company’s services.
·Refusal to provide personal data or incomplete or inaccurate provision of data for the purposes outlined in point 1) may make it impossible for us to fulfil your request since such data is necessary for fulfilment. The processing of relevant personal data does not require your prior consent.

The provision of data for the purposes outlined in point 2 is optional; should you refuse to provide consent, this will simply mean that we cannot perform activities aimed at improving our services to you. The processing of relevant personal data requires your prior consent.

·Personal data provided by you will only be disclosed to third parties when strictly necessary. This without prejudice to the transmission of data in compliance with legal obligations, rules or EC regulations. Data gathered may be communicated in Italy to the following subjects or categories of subjects: public authorities or institutions, other suppliers of goods and/or services necessary for fulfilling your requests, and any subjects entitled to access such data under the law or other official regulations.

·The categories of subjects who may have access to personal data while fulfilling their roles and following specific instructions are our internal staff and/or our associates who have been specifically authorised to process such data for the abovementioned purposes or for maintenance operations regarding the IT system. ·Data will be processed for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was gathered and subsequently for the sending of business updates. ·Your personal data will not be disseminated.
