Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“The protection of personal data code”) provides for the protection of persons and other bodies in personal data processing.

The present company, as the data controller, and with specific regard to the establishment and/or performance of contractual relations, hereby informs you that data legally defined as personal and provided directly by you or obtained from third parties (business information companies, registers, public listings or data bases, representative organisations, or other public bodies, etc.), even verbally, typically consisting of company name, registered address, VAT No., Tax I.D., telephone and fax numbers, email addresses, and data regarding business activities such as bank account numbers and credit ratings, may be processed in accordance with the above regulation and the principles of correctness, lawfulness and clarity.

The present company possesses no data relating to you which can be defined as of a sensitive or juridical nature pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No.196/2003, we would like to provide you with the following information:
The purposes for which your personal data may be processed are as follows:

·Performance of activities (sale/purchase) contractually agreed between the parties.
·Business communication/information services regarding the type/category of products we deal in, following earlier business relationships between us.
·Legally binding duties or those ordered by authorities legally entitled to make such orders.
·Administrative or organisational management of contractual relations.
·Protection of AERTECH S.R.L. in legal disputes (including collection of debts).
Your personal data may be processed in hard copy, computer and telematic media in accordance with current legal obligations aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of such data, in addition to its accuracy, currency and relevance to the declared processing purposes. The provision of data for the aforesaid purposes is solely for the performance of the contractual relationship and the provision of such data is furthermore legally compulsory for the performance of the contract. The processing of such data does not require your consent. Any refusal on your part to provide the requested data will result in the inability of the present company to perform its contractual undertakings. Without prejudice to communication to bodies of an institutional nature or otherwise in the fulfilment of obligations existing under the law and under other regulations or agreements, your data may be:
.Communicated to categories and/or subjects such as credit institutions, members of the legal professions or firms working in the legal area, or accountants and auditors.
Made available to the staff of the present company whenever they are appointed to process such data and to partner companies and/or physical persons carrying out a variety of activities in our offices, duly authorised to do so as managers or appointees for the said purposes and in accordance with the instructions provided to them.
Subjects to whom the data is made available shall process it solely for the purposes described in the present informative note.
Data will not be communicated for statistical purposes except in an aggregated and anonymous manner, nor will it be disseminated. Data will be processed for the full term of contractual relations, and also thereafter in the fulfilment of legal obligations.
In regard to the data itself, you are free to exercise your rights under article. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, in accordance with the terms laid down in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the said legislative decree.
In particular, you have the right to:
·obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you;
·obtain information about the origin of the personal data, the purposes for which it was gathered and the logic applied to data processing (if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means);
·have data handled in breach of the law cancelled, rendered anonymous or blocked, including data the storage of which is no longer required for the purposes for which the data was gathered or subsequently processed;
·obtain updating, amendment or completion of the data;
·obtain information on entities to which the above-mentioned data processes and data content have been disclosed;
·object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data concerning you, even where relevant to the purpose of the collection.
